Con más de 25 años de experiencia, en Ck2 diseñamos y desarrollamos viviendas exclusivas con un enfoque en la naturaleza, la sostenibilidad y el confort.
Ck2 is a real estate developer and design studio with over 25 years of experience working in the construction industry both in international consultancy firms and working on independent projects in Spain, the United Kingdom and the Middle East.
Collaborative work with renowned architectural firms, artisans, contractors and suppliers, combined with our innovative and flexible approach enables us to create unique projects.
Our primary market is exclusive residential villas on the shores of the Mediterranean, penthouses and luxury apartments in prime site city centres. This experience gives us a fine mix of ideas, techniques and dynamism when undertaking any project.
At Ck2 we seek a combination of elegance and beauty, as a whole and in the detail; the shapes, the volumes, the textures and the colours. Our inspiration is derived from the nature that surrounds us; the sea, the mountains and also the hustle and bustle of effervescent cities with their vibrant and cosmopolitan experiences.
Our objectives embrace the integration of energy efficient solutions, sustainability, smart home technologies, wellness and comfort utilising the warmth of traditional building materials such as natural stone, wood, iron and ceramic, thus creating a concept of simplicity and balance.
Through our experiences in other parts of the globe, we have verified that despite different cultures, beliefs and ways of living, humans are happy when they feel fulfilled which encompasses the enjoyment and sharing of a home that satisfies their needs.
