In the heart of the Ibiza district (Madrid) and with direct views of El Retiro Park, a comprehensive renovation was undertaken. The 120 m2 space is distributed into three bedrooms, one of them configured as a suite, and an additional full bathroom. As this is a very high floor in the building, all spaces enjoy immense natural light, which allows for the use of more contrasting colors and textures. Original elements of the building, such as the load-bearing walls and metal pillars, were restored, enhancing their appearance through indirect lighting.
