A very large terrace with a 12-meter pool is built. The entire exterior space is organized around it, with a direct view of one of the most private coves on the Costa Blanca, whose proximity, only 300 meters away, makes it possible to even hear the waves of the sea from it.
The rest of the action seeks to adapt the volumes to a more contemporary construction, integrating elements such as wood and stone into its interior.
