The only premise was to maintain the same spirit, peace and vision that radiated from the old existing construction on the plot.
The main job was to get to see the blue Mediterranean from the day area, terrace, pool and the master bedroom.
The program, with three very spacious bedrooms, a laundry room, a garage for two vehicles and a day area completely connected to the outside and a 12-meter swimming pool, expands the limits of the house to the east and south of the plot, achieving the same perspective of the sea and the landscape widening the angle of vision.
